Our reference designs represent final products in a number of different topologies & product categories in terms of packaging, performance, thermal and EMC characteristics.

Our ICeGaN® devices are designed into several products so you can get an understanding of how the device will perform in a real application, with the same volume restrictions and demands on thermal performance and power density. Due to this approach test points may not be on all nets, access to all components may not be possible and in some cases disassembly may be needed to get full test access.
