Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Introduction

This statement outlines Cambridge GaN Device's (CGD) efforts to identify and address potential risks of modern slavery and human trafficking within its business operations and supply chains. While CGD is not legally required to publish an annual statement due to its turnover being below £36 million, we remain committed to transparency and accountability in this area.

We acknowledge our responsibility to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. CGD is firmly dedicated to ensuring that our corporate activities and supply chains are free from any form of modern slavery or human trafficking.

Our whistleblowing policy ensures that concerns can be raised confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

Training

To promote awareness of modern slavery risks within our business and supply chains, we will provide relevant training to our staff where appropriate, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of these issues.
