Senior Product Engineer
Linkou, Taiwan
Drive the development and manufacture of CGD’s products, with responsibility for NPI, yield engineering and product quality. Work closely with internal teams and Asian partners across wafer fabrication, assembly, testing, reliability and failure analysis.
Director of Packaging
Cambridge, UK
Lead the design and development of high-performance semiconductor packaging solutions for CGD GaN products. Collaborate with internal teams and global partners on package design, module development, qualification, reliability, thermal and electrical performance. Drive advanced packaging technologies, simulations, supplier development and technical support to customers.
R&D Project Manager
Cambridge, United Kingdom
The R&D Project Manager will be responsible for the planning and delivery of internal product and technology development projects and public-funded projects. Working closely with a wide group of both internal and external stakeholders, the R&D Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery.
